These terms explain how custom orders are handled through R.D Lazercraft. The details agreed in your individual quote or order confirmation also form part of your order.
Any “From” price shown on the website is an indicative starting price only. The final price depends on the size, material, quantity, design work and personalisation required. No website quote request creates a paid order. The final price and order details are confirmed directly with you before production begins.
Payment arrangements are provided after the quote has been agreed. The website itself does not collect or store card details.
Please check names, dates, spelling and other personalisation carefully when confirming your design. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as early as possible. What can be changed or cancelled may depend on how far the job has progressed.
Where a proof or mock-up is supplied, production will be based on the approved version. Small natural differences in wood, slate and other materials can occur and are part of the character of the material.
If an item arrives damaged, has been made incorrectly, or there is another problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible with the order details and photographs where relevant so the issue can be reviewed.
Local collection is arranged directly. Delivery costs depend on the finished item, size, weight and destination and are confirmed as part of the quote. See our Delivery & Collection page for more information.
